We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team to grow our enterprise hospital and clinic revenue in the Philippines. The BDR is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective healthcare customers for Bot MD's solutions. This is a front-line, high-impact role focused on outbound and inbound prospecting, market mapping, and early-stage relationship building with clinics, hospitals, and healthcare groups.
Responsibilities
Research and identify target accounts across clinics, hospitals, medical groups, and healthcare networks
Execute outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other channels
Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs, workflows, and decision-making structures
Qualify opportunities based on defined criteria (e.g. ICP fit, use cases, readiness, budget, stakeholders)
Clearly articulate Bot MD's value proposition to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in BDR/SDR, sales, or commercial roles (B2B Healthcare preferred) with a track record of hitting pipeline/meeting targets
Proficiency with CRM (HubSpot) and sales engagement tools
Strong communication skills and fluency in Tagalog and English
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and rejection, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder maps and engage both clinicians and healthcare administrators
Highly organised, disciplined, and data-driven
Willingness to learn healthcare workflows and clinical environments
